Burnout total (core symptoms, 23 items)
.
.

Scores are the average of the items in each scale (1 to 5). The coloured zones use the indicative clinical cut-offs published in the BAT manual (Flemish norms): green means low risk, amber means at risk, red means a very high risk of burnout. The secondary symptoms have no cut-off shown. This is a screening questionnaire, not a diagnosis. If your score lands in the amber or red zone, it is worth talking it through with your GP (Hausarzt) or the company doctor (Betriebsarzt).
